The fan coil unit circulates either hot or chilled water through its coil, depending on whether heating or cooling is needed. In heating mode, hot water from the building's boilers warms the air passing over the coil, while in cooling mode, chilled water from the building's chiller removes heat from the air passing over the coil. Components in a fan coil system include actuators, valves, cartridges, water temperature sensors, blower motors, and thermostats. If you encounter any issues such as lack of heating or cooling, noise, or airflow problems, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Water source heat pump uses the building's water loop to dissipate and extract the heat during the heating season using compressed refrigerating and in the summer season the cycle is reversed by using a reversing valve that's located inside the chassis. Some common parts of a water source heat pump are : compressor, actuator, reversing valve, thermostat, blower motor, freeing sensor. If your current heat pump is not heating or cooling or needs a new heat pump please don't hesitate to contact us

ventilation.png

Bathroom and kitchen exhaust systems serve as vital ventilation mechanisms in homes and buildings, tasked with removing moisture, odors, and airborne pollutants from these specific areas. Utilizing exhaust fans and ductwork, these systems expel humid air and cooking byproducts outdoors, thereby reducing the risk of mold and mildew, preventing grease buildup, and improving indoor air quality. By effectively controlling humidity levels and eliminating odors. If you are having a problem with you exhaust fan, please contact us and we will be able to help you.

A furnace is a heating system commonly used in residential homes to generate and distribute warm air throughout indoor spaces. It typically consists of a combustion chamber or heat exchanger where fuel (such as natural gas, propane, or oil) is burned to produce heat. The heat is then transferred to air via a blower fan, which circulates the warmed air through ductwork to various rooms in the building. Some common parts of a furnace are gas valve, flame sensor, pressure switch, ignitor, ventor motor, blower motor, thermostat, rollout switch, limit switch, mother board etc. if your home is feeling cold in the winter or notice any weird noise from the furnace please give us a call for immediate assistant.

air-conditioning (1).png

Residential Ac typically consists of an outdoor unit containing a compressor and condenser coil, connected to an indoor unit containing an evaporator coil and blower fan. The system works by circulating refrigerant between the indoor and outdoor units, absorbing heat from indoor air and releasing it outdoors to cool the space. When the system is in good working condition the outdoor unit is spinning freely without any loud noise, and the low suction pipe must be cold and condensating. If, you notice your house is not cool and is hot or temperature is not where you want it to be, please contact us for immediate repair.

When it comes to water heaters there are two kinds of water heaters, storage tank water heater and tankless water heater. Storage Tank Water Heaters are the most common type and consist of a tank where water is heated and stored until needed. The tank is insulated to maintain water temperature, and a thermostat controls heating. When hot water is used, cold water enters the tank to be heated by the pilot that's normally at the bottom of the tank. Tankless (On-Demand) Water Heaters units heat water directly as it passes through a heating element or coil. They do not store hot water, which eliminates standby heat loss and can be more energy-efficient. Tankless water heaters can provide a continuous supply of hot water, but their flow rate is limited by the heating capacity.

thermostats (1).png

Each HVAC system is equipped with a thermostat responsible for regulating the heating and cooling within your unit while also monitoring the room temperature. If your thermostat is unresponsive to commands, malfunctioning, inaccurately sensing temperatures, or if you're considering upgrading to a smart thermostat, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

Duct cleaning can be beneficial for individuals with allergies, but it's essential to approach it with realistic expectations and understand its limitations. One of the many benefits to get your duct cleaned is Improved Indoor Air Quality, Prevention of Mold Growth, and Reduction of Dust Buildup. If you are having any issues or concerns about the air quality in your condo, please give us a call ASAP.

We recommended to be done at least once every 2 years to eliminate any fire as lint can easily catch on fire. When cleaning dryers we make sure we clean the internal dryer filter, using a negative compressed air we push a snake through the aluminum dryer vent and extract all the lint that's sitting inside and vacuum it, also we clean the lint trap and push our negative pressure snake pipe through the full length of duct as close to the outside as possible to push back all the lint that's trapped inside the ducts and vacuum them. If you notice that your dryer is not drying properly or notice that your lint screen gets built with lint quickly, don't hesitate to contact us to fix this matter.
